Information we collect

When you submit our quote-request form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, postal code, project type, and a description of the work. Postal code is optional; the rest are needed to respond.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and diagnostics. We do not currently use marketing analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your quote request, schedule visits, send written quotes, and communicate about projects you have asked us about. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email or scheduling tools) under confidentiality terms, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep quote-request information for as long as we are in active discussion with you, plus a reasonable period to support follow-up and our legal obligations. Older records are deleted or anonymized on a regular schedule.

Cookies

This site uses only the minimum cookies needed for it to function (for example, remembering your language choice). It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. In Quebec, you may also lodge a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI). To make a request, contact our privacy officer at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
